its an alternate evolution of togetic and i based it on what i picture the kin from deltora quest look like

the name is a mix of toge kin and kindred

and in my region togepi and its evolution are classified as light types because of their connections to good emotions
plus dont say nintendo would never retype something even if a more fitting type was made cuz they did with magnemite
