Stallieos

my rapidash evolution stallieos, I wasnt sure whether to keep it as a normal evolution or make it a Mega evolution for rapidash, but I think it works best as a regular evolution
the name is a mix of stallion and Helios the main sun god from ancient Greece, hes the one with the chariot pulled by horses with flaming manes
the idea comes from the quilin in Chinese mythology (or kirin for the Japanese) its sort of a unicorn mixed with a dragon
