Medemic (old)

this designs been in the works for awhile and obviously its based on plague doctors.
but i based it more along the lines of despite the fact that they were scary and sinister looking, they were actually doctors trying to help people which a lot of people seem to forget.

nurse matron Jocelyn in my region has one as her signature pokemon
